Spam! ::

No, not that kind. This is one of those few images which I was able to come back to. The driver parked his rig near where I live for several hours, but the light was terrible when I first saw it so I came back later in the afternoon and everything was much nicer.

A Sign Of The Season ::

I heard a report on NPR that spending on halloween decorations is expected to be down this year, but I have to say that just the opposite seems to be the case around here just based on my travels. If the rain doesn't stop soon the entire fall season may be a wash-out!

That Time Of The Year ::

Lots of pumpkins around this year although this photograph is probably 3 years old. There's a nice nip in the air at night and it's time to think about carving a pumpkin. I usually make a run up to Tennessee to choose mine and I may do that tomorrow and couple the trip with a lottery ticket purchase!
